A special feature of our coaching sessions is that we combine it with the scientific potential analysis according to Prof. Julius Kuhl. Through a differentiated analysis of potential we are able to show the personality of the coachee in his conscious and unconscious motives, strengths and behavioral patterns and develop them in a targeted manner.
We do this by accompanying the coachee with coordinated exercises and methods. In intervals of two to four weeks we practice a behavior that will help the coachee to achieve his or her individual goals. In the meantime, the person or group tests what they have learned. In the next appointment, unsolved tasks are taken up again. Approximately three months after the end of the coaching, a follow-up meeting takes place to plan possible further steps.
Different situations and environments shine a light on the different facets of a person. Their behavior depends on how they view their role, how they see their environment, the experiences they have had with different behaviors, and much more. Due to these complex interdependencies, the systemic-coaching participant is observed and developed in their specific professional environment. Our coaches find solutions that match individual personalities and help them in reality. We release hidden resources and put the system in motion.
Similar to systemic coaching, psychodynamic coaching involves us advising people in their organizational environment and attempting to improve the communication and collaboration with superiors, colleagues, customers, and suppliers. How it differs is that our approach is not just solution-based, but also gets to the bottom of the current situation’s emergence and background with the coaching participant. With psychoanalytic models and methods, we look at the participant as a person as well as the dynamism within the organization in which they operate. Just understanding these processes and these fields of tension helps the individual. We help them reflect on their behavior and find paths to their goals where they hold the responsibility.
