We do this by guiding the coaching participant with tailored exercises and methods. At intervals of two to four weeks, we practice behaviors that the participant can use to make their individual goals achievable. The person or the group test out the things they have learned during the time between. Unresolved tasks are made a subject at the next session. A follow-up conversation is held roughly three months after the coaching ends to enable planning for any further steps.
